Beginning / End of the stay: from Saturday to Saturday or in a Fixed period (10/11 nights). Stays start with lunch (consignment of the room within 4.00 p.m.) and must end after breakfast (release of the room within 10.00 a.m.). It is possible to start your stay with dinner but it has to be authorized at the moment of the reservation. In the periods A (from 22/4 to 10/6 and from 10/9 to 30/9) there is the possibility, of beginning your stay during the week and/or to make it shorter than one week, on request.
Half board: (not possible in the fixed period 10/11 nights) reduction € 8 until 10/6 and from 27/8; in the remaining periods available only in the Aparthotel.
Double room for single use: 35% extra charge until 05/8 and from 27/8, 50% extra charge from 06/8 to 26/8. Room with sea view: extra charge for room € 14 per day. To pay in loco: children from 0 to 3 years as on price list. Cradle extra charge € 6 per day, to be communicated at the reservation (clients’ own cradle are free). The Beach an optional, for guests of the Hotel from 01/5 to 30/9 € 14,00 per day, for guests in Residence and Piccola Corte from 15/5 to 15/9 € 12,00 per day, for a beach umbrella + 2 sun-loungers (if booked it must be for your entire stay).
Club Card: compulsory from 29/5 to 16/9 € 6 per person (everyone from 12 yrs) per day, € 5 per Child (from 4 to 12 years) per day, for your entire stay, (reduction € 1 for accommodation in Piccola Corte and Aparthotel).
Pets: not allowed in the Hotel but allowed in Piccola Corte and the Aparthotel € 35 per stay for final cleaning.
Accommodation in the Aparthotel : Half Board with breakfast and lunch, beds made for your arrival, bathroom towels provided and the final cleaning. During your stay daily cleaning and change of linen is not included.
Advanced Booking: one child younger than 8 y.o. with two adults FREE in every period for reservations confirmed before 15/5. The offer is also valid for reservations confirmed by 1/7 for stays starting from 23/8.
Special Offers Single + Child: one child 0-12 yrs in the same room as an adult, discount of 50% for stays until 24/6 and from 03/9.

Beginning / End of the stay: from Saturday to Saturday or in a Fixed period (10/11 nights). Stays start from 5.00 pm on the arrival day until 10.00 am of the departure day. In the periods A (from 02/4 to 10/6 and from 10/9 to 05/11) there is the possibility, of beginning the stay during the week and/or to make it shorter than one week (min. 2 days) with daily prices.
Accessory costs to pay in loco: compulsory over 3 years € 6 per person and day (in two-roomed flat must pay minimum 4 people) for the following services: use of electricity and water, bed and bath linen with weekly change, final cleaning (cooking area not included), technical and tourist assistance. Kitchen linen not available. Cradle for children from 0 to 3 years € 6 per day (linen not available) on request at the time of reservation. No extra charge cradle brought by the client.
The Beach: optional, from 15/5 to 15/9 € 12,00 per day, for a beach umbrella + 2 sun-loungers (if booked it must be for your entire stay).
Club Card: compulsory from 29/5 to 16/9 € 5 per person (everyone from 12 yrs) per day, € 4 per Child (from 4 to 12 years) per day, for your entire stay.
Caution: € 100,00 per flat, refundable.
Pets: allowed in the Residence, € 35,00 in one-roomed flat and € 55,00 in two-roomed flat per stay.
The accommodation in “Cabane” flats are assigned by the management directly on the day of arrival. Showing a preference at the time of booking is however possible.
Advanced Booking: from 23/7 to 05/8 with minimum stay 7 nights, 15% reduction, for reservations confirmed before 15/5.
Offers:
Special Residence: In the Periods A, minimum 2 Weeks stay, reduction 50% in the second week.
Special Offer: 10% reduction in the week from 20/8 to 27/8 if combined with the following week.
